Find A Can do hero

Are you a Can Do Kid? Do you have a hero who's made a difference in your life or in your community? Then you've found a Can Do Hero. You hero can be any size, shape, or age.

It can be anyone that has been an inspiration to you--your grandma, your teacher, your son or daughter, your little sister, the kid next door, the janitor in your building ... someone who has made a difference in your life or in your community.

• By sending anything to Can Do Kid, you assign any copyrights you have in the work to Can Do Kid. If you send us anything you don't own the copyright to, you have to let us know. click here for the legalese
• We cannot guarantee the return of any materials submitted. This includes both physical items (e.g. 'hard copies') and electronic information (e.g. 'soft copies'). Please don't send us anything that would be a hardship for you to lose.

We will post information about Can Do Kids and their Can Do Heroes on this web site.

We know there are a lot of Can Do Heroes out there, but we can only recognize one a month. Every nomination is important to us and we do pay attention to them all, even if we can't make everyone the Can Do Hero of the month.

Legalese

Any person, entity, or group submitting any material of any kind to Can Do Kid for a 'Can Do Hero' nomination accepts the following terms where the person/entity/group submitting material is the "Dedicator" or "Certifier"

The person or persons who have associated work with this document (the "Dedicator" or "Certifier") hereby either (a) certifies that, to the best of his knowledge, the work of authorship identified is in the public domain of the country from which the work is published, or (b) hereby dedicates whatever copyright the dedicators holds in the work of authorship (the "Work") to Can Do Kid. A certifier, moreover, dedicates any copyright interest he may have in the associated work, and for these purposes, is described as a "dedicator" below.

A certifier has taken reasonable steps to verify the copyright status of this work. Certifier recognizes that his good faith efforts may not shield him from liability if in fact the work certified is not in the public domain.

Dedicator makes this dedication to the detriment of the Dedicator's heirs and successors. Dedicator intends this dedication to be an overt act of relinquishment in perpetuity of all present and future rights under copyright law, whether vested or contingent, in the Work and the assignment of those rights to Can Do Kid.
